LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that longtime employee, Tracey Turner, will return to Talent Unlimited as owner and president.
Jean Liebau, who has owned and led the agency since 1996, will retire on August 31, 2022. Under Jean’s leadership, the organization has become the most reputable and longest operating SAG-AFTRA talent agency in Kansas City. As the industry has transformed considerably over the last 26 years, Jean and her team have continuously evolved and carefully diversified to meet the needs of both their talent and their clients.
Tracey, who returned to Talent Unlimited in June after taking a few years off to enjoy her daughter’s early years at home, had served as the agency’s print and broadcast director for 15 years. Tracey has a lifetime of experience working on both the client and talent side of the industry. She is thrilled to be back working for the world-class actors, models and voice actors of Talent Unlimited. CLICK HERE to read more about Tracey.
The Talent Unlimited team also includes Clinton Irey, who joined the agency in 2010 and serves as print and broadcast director. Clinton will continue in that role after the ownership transition, and Tracey and Clinton are thrilled to be working together again. Mary Bosch, accounting, who also is Jean’s sister, will retire on August 31. Jean will remain involved with the agency in an advisory capacity through January 2023.
Tracey will take over as owner, president and franchised SAG-AFTRA agent on August 31. In addition to her leadership duties, she will continue supporting clients and talent with bookings and castings.

I’m ready to get to work supporting and marketing our world-class actors, models and voice talent! I’m really energized by the opportunities that lie ahead for Talent Unlimited. I’ve already begun working on plans to ensure that the agency reflects our vibrant, diverse and creative communities. Our future is bright.”

“Those of you who have worked with Tracey know the enthusiasm, industry knowledge, humility and commitment to customer service she brings to this work. So, when I began thinking about retirement earlier in 2022, I immediately reached out to Tracey, knowing she was the best person to continue building the agency for the future. She is a top-notch talent agent and knows the business from all angles. She and Clinton make a great team and I look forward to seeing the new heights the agency will reach with their energy and passion for the industry.”
