Karen Sabo is an associate professor of theatre at Missouri State and a director, actor, writer, and dialect coach. She belongs to SDC and VASTA, and is a 30-year member of AEA. Karen was a resident actor at three different theatres, including the LORT Barter Theatre where she was also a resident director. Karen studied with the American Conservatory Theatre, the San Francisco Mime Troupe, SITI, Shakespeare & Co., and with Larry Silverberg. She has a BA from Hampshire College, an MA from East Tennessee State and an MFA in Directing from UNC-Greensboro.
