Lisa is a NYU TISCH alum & conversational Mandarin speaker. For a sense of her vibe, think LUCY LIU, CONSTANCE WU & ALI WONG'S cousin who's always apologizing for the latter to their elders. Roles she often plays include: warm, wholesome mom/teacher types, personable professionals & determined go-getters hiding a troubled past.
Career highlights include: a comedic bit role in Universal Pictures’ rom-com feature Love Is In The Air; getting called back for Wild Swans opposite Katie Leung (of Harry Potter fame), jointly staged by London's Young Vic Theatre & Boston's American Repertory Theater; and getting called in to audition for Off-Broadway Lincoln Center Theater's 4000 Miles at the Duke on 42nd Street, opposite Tony-winners Gabriel Ebert & Mary Louise Wilson.
Lisa has a background in competitive swimming and has worked professionally as a youth swim coach, as well as been a trauma care coach at a restoration center for human trafficking survivors.
